Brand Voice Development and Website Copy

Whether rebranding or starting from scratch, your brand’s voice—what you say and how you say it—is a key component of branding. With my instinct for poetic, approachable voice and narrative, I’m able to assess and revamp your message across all platforms—print, digital, social media, film—ascertaining opportunities for stronger connections and increased clarity.

I specialize in creating brand voice and website copy for businesses in the creative services realm—industries like architecture, interior design, and coaches—as well as lifestyle brands.

  • • Discovery and research

    • Analysis of competitive brands

    • Brand voice development and strategy

    • Brand Voice Workbook and Style Guide, including: Grammar, punctuation, and tone standards. Word/phrase bank. Initial social media captions and hashtag concepts.

    • Interviews with all team members

    • Revised or new website copy, in refined brand voice: Home page. About page/brand bio. Team member bios. Product, service, or project description pages. Contact page.

  • During our month together—

    • We’ll begin with an hour-long phone interview

    • You’ll fill out my brand voice questionnaire

    • I’ll create your copy in Google Docs

    • You’ll hop in the Google Doc to give me feedback

    • We’ll work together on 1-2 cycles of revisions for flawless, error-free copy that dazzles, grips, engages your audience (in other words, they’re sold!)

Consider me your in-house copywriter and editor, a writing wingwoman in your back pocket, all month long. Perhaps we’ve already worked together and I know your brand’s voice inside and out (maybe I even created it!). Or perhaps you’ve got a manuscript that needs editing, a series of marketing newsletters, articles, or blog posts you’d like to send out into the world, or a lead gen magnet or grant proposal you’ve been dreaming of. (Or maybe you just hate writing Instagram captions.)

You’ve got me on your side. Just let me know how I can take care of all your writing-related needs. 

  • • 10 hours devoted to you and your words in the month (1-2 per week)

    • Quick turnaround time on business days (you have my full attention)

    • Flawless, error-free copy
